This is a hands-on position working in a modern manufacturing environment, supporting the production and installation of premium door and joinery products. You’ll be involved in everything from door assembly and frame preparation to onsite fitting and finishing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and finish doors, frames, and joinery components
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Use hand tools, woodworking machinery, and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with installations and ensure products meet quality and performance standards
- Maintain a tidy and safe workspace
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet production targets and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in building, carpentry, or joinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Good problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
