Key Client Coordinator

About the Role:
Our Client is looking for a dynamic Key Client Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in managing key client relationships, ensuring smooth project execution, and delivering excellent customer service. As a Key Client Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for pricing and quoting projects, managing product orders, and ensuring timely and efficient installation while working closely with both clients and our operations team.

Main Duties:

  • Price & Quote Projects: Accurately price and quote projects from supplied plans and specifications.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local key builders and clients through meetings, emails, and phone calls.
  • Flooring Consultations: Assist homebuyers in selecting their flooring and confirming their floor plans.
  • Order Management: Ensure all products are ordered and delivered for client jobs, ready for installation.
  • Installation Coordination: Stay up to date with installation schedules and confirm dates with the operations team.
  • Sales Support: Occasionally assist with residential clients on the shop floor as part of the sales team.

What We Offer:
