Project Manager/ Estimator
Do you have experience in Project Management and or Estimating? This could be the position for you!
Are you a highly skilled Project Manager or Estimator ? Our client is looking for someone who can bring the best of both worlds , as this role is a great combination of project management and estimating for High end New Build Homes. This role will be based in Oamaru.
About the role:
- You will provide information on the cost relating to that given project.
- Assisting other management team members with decision making.
- Making sure projects are running on time and to budget.
- There is also an aspect of administration duty’s to this role
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Experience in either – Project Management and or Estimating
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter focused on exceeding Client’s expectations.
