Our client produces an exclusive, bespoke and nurturing skincare product range using New Zealand native plants and proven traditional remedies. From humble beginnings our client started their business producing homemade natural and botanical skin care products being sold at the local market, and through staying true and delivering on their core values they are now in an exciting stage of growth. They now feature in boutique retail shops nationwide, have very successful online sales and are seeking a sales representative to assist in connecting more clients and customer with their fantastic product range.

About the Role
Our client is seeking a self-motivated, passionate and experienced sale representative that radiates their core values. This sale-based role’s main objective will be to introduce our client’s premium line of products to new customers, build meaningful client relationships, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new sales leads through local market presence, networking, cold calling, targeted phone calls and social media.
- Merchandising – Present and demonstrate products, communicating key benefits to potential clients.
- Build and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets, earning commission on every successful sale.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay knowledgeable about the product line, company values, and industry trends.
About you
Have a growing interest in naturopathy and passion for the cosmetic industry. You possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Are self-motivated “go -getter” and driven to achieve personal and company sales goals. You have the ability to work independently and stay aligned with the business brand and values.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales
- Passion for people! – an established networker through authenticity
- Passion for skin care and naturally derived products
- Availability to work weekend markets – as required (not every weekend)
- Ability to travel nationally as required
- Full New Zealand Driver License
What’s on offer
This position operates under a Straight Commission (Commission Only) structure:
- Commission Rate: 10% of wholesale price per product sold.
- Opportunity for base salary or bonus structure reviewed monthly and dependent on sales growth
- Unlimited income potential – earnings are based solely on sales performance.
- Flexible on residing location: Canterbury, Wellington or Auckland
- Vehicle compensation
