Diagnostic and interventional radiologist

About the Role;

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist to join our medical team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating medical conditions using advanced imaging techniques and minimally invasive interventional procedures. You will work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnoses and effective treatments that improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Conduct and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and nuclear medicine imaging.
  • Perform image-guided interventional procedures such as angioplasty, stent placements, biopsies, embolization, and drainage.
  • Administer contrast agents (oral, injection, or enema) to enhance imaging results.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient treatment plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of diagnostic findings to referring physicians.
  • Monitor patients during and after interventional procedures to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with advancements in radiology and interventional techniques to enhance patient care.

Requirements;

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Radiology.
  • Board certification in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology (or eligibility for certification).
  • Proven experience in both diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in interpreting imaging results.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and continuous learning.
