About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys, mapping out project areas, and ensuring accurate measurements for construction and development projects. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment and collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver precise data for planning and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct land, boundary, and construction site surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment.
  • Analyze and interpret survey data, maps, and legal documents.
  • Prepare and present survey reports, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Ensure compliance with land regulations, zoning laws, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and planners on project execution.
  • Use surveying software to process and analyze data.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Surveying.
  • Experience in land, construction, or geodetic surveying.
  • Strong understanding of land laws, zoning regulations, and topographical mapping.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team-based projects.
