CAD Drafter

An exciting opportunity if you are someone who takes pride in their work producing, high-quality drafting documents and are keen to be part of the project team delivering quality land development projects from inception to completion.

The Role

Preparing detailed CAD drawings and designs for land development projects

Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions

Delivering high quality visual presentations for both internal and external stakeholders

Interpreting project concepts and transforming them into, practical plans aligned with current construction industry expectations

Providing support and guidance to less experienced team members

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CAD records and documentation

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a CAD Drafter, ideally within the construction or land development industry

Proficient in the use of CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3d

Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, drafting, or a related field

Based in South Auckland

Pay negotiable based on skillset
