Factory Production Assistant – Pukekohe
Full-Time | Mon–Thurs | $24/hr starting, up to $28/hr fully trained + Overtime
We are seeking experienced food industry candidates only to join our client’s busy production team in Pukekohe. You’ll be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality nutritional products distributed locally and internationally.
About the Role
You will work across various areas of the production line, ensuring products are blended, packed, and prepared to strict quality and food safety standards. Duties include:

Blending and preparing product batches

Packing finished goods into cartons

Palletising and stacking products
-
Cleaning and maintaining production areas

Quality control and adherence to food safety procedures
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30pm (42 hours per week)
About You
To be successful, you must have:

Previous experience in food production, FMCG, or a similar hygienic manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25kg

Reliability, honesty, and a commitment to safe work practices

Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
