Factory Production Assistant – Pukekohe
Full-Time | Mon–Thurs | $24/hr starting, up to $28/hr fully trained + Overtime
We are seeking experienced food industry candidates only to join our client’s busy production team in Pukekohe. You’ll be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality nutritional products distributed locally and internationally.
About the Role:
You will work across various areas of the production line, ensuring products are blended, packed, and prepared to strict quality and food safety standards.
Duties include:
- Blending and preparing product batches
- Packing finished goods into cartons
- Palletising and stacking products
- Cleaning and maintaining production areas
- Quality control and adherence to food safety procedures
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30pm (42 hours per week)
To be successful, you must have:
- Previous experience in food production, FMCG, or a similar hygienic manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25kg
- Reliability, honesty, and a commitment to safe work practices
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
