What we’re looking for:
2-3 years’ experience in civil construction or earthworks
Confident operating dump trucks, loaders, rollers, and water carts
Class 2 licence and WTR essential
Proven skills in bulk earthworks, trenching, final trim, and general excavation
Experience on other machines (graders, loaders, bulldozers) is an advantage
Strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork
Positive attitude and good communication skills
NZ residency or valid NZ work visa
