This role is best suited to someone available immediately and with long term progression. You will be the Delivery Driver with a Class 1 License for an established and well respected family owned and operated business and who has a friendly reliable personality.
You'll be required to run daily joinery deliveries in the Chch area, loading and unloading, with health safety conscious mind.
The right person will have:
- The right to live and work in NZ
- Be a warm and friendly personality who knows how to deliver safely (careful in parking lots, great customer service)
- A key requirement to be part time long term (we want this to be the best long term fit)
A full drivers license - A Fork lift license that is current/will be a bonus
- The ability to operate warehouse software as and when needed
- Immediate availability (a weeks notice is ok!)
You have current or previous experience as a Delivery Driver with loading and unloading of Joinery cabinets to different locations.You will be required to collect data on safety, quality or machine reliability problems, address issues appropriately, and assisting others when required.
You're the sort of person who leads by example and is self driven, competent, reliable and flexible. You have solid literacy, and communication skills. You complete tasks allocated to you on time and work within SOPs. Attention to detail and accuracy are of paramount to this role.
