About the Role
You will be involved in machining, fitting, and manufacturing a wide range of components. You’ll work closely with a small team to deliver quality workmanship and practical solutions for customers across multiple industries.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Fitter & Turner or similar trade
- Strong lathe operating skills
- Ability to work accurately with fine tolerances
- A practical, proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving
- Team-focused but capable of working independently
