Construction Foreman
Due to continued growth, our client a well-established locally owned construction company, is looking for a Trade Qualified Carpentry Site Foreperson to join their team
You will be working across a range of projects including architectural homes, residential and commercial new builds, and renovations. This role suits someone with strong leadership skills who can manage staff on site while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Key Requirements
- Trade Qualified Carpenter with solid industry experience (ideally 10+ years in NZ)
- Experience in residential and commercial construction
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Proven ability to lead and manage staff on site
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices
- LPB license (preferred)
- Full Class 1 driver’s licence
