Shotcrete Nozzleman

We're chasing an experienced Shotcrete Nozzleman who knows the difference between quality application and making a mess of the hillside. Good crew, solid rates, ongoing specialist work, and projects that actually require skill! Not just pulling the trigger and hoping for the best.

Shotcrete Nozzleman – Specialist Geotech & Slope Stabilisation

We’re looking for an experienced Shotcrete Nozzleman to join our crew on specialist slope stabilisation and retaining projects.

This role isn’t repetitive spray-and-go work. We need someone who takes pride in quality application, understands consistency and finish, and can work safely in steep, restricted-access environments.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Applying shotcrete to engineered specifications
  • Working on retaining walls and slope stabilisation projects
  • Operating safely on steep or difficult-access sites
  • Maintaining high-quality finish and material consistency
  • Working closely with a skilled geotechnical crew

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Shotcrete Nozzleman
  • Strong understanding of shotcrete application techniques
  • High attention to detail and workmanship
  • Ability to work safely in demanding environments
  • Reliable, team-focused attitude

What’s On Offer:

  • Specialist, high-quality project work
  • Competitive pay for experienced operators
  • Ongoing pipeline of work
  • Skilled and supportive team environment
  • Opportunity to work on technically challenging projects

If you know your rebound from your overspray and take pride in doing the job right the first time, we want to hear from you.
