We are looking for an experienced Digger Operator to join our team in Twizel with immediate starts available.
About the Role
You’ll be working on a range of earthworks and land development projects, operating 20-21 tonne excavators to carry out excavation, shaping, loading, and site preparation work. Duties will include moving and spreading mulch, stockpiling materials, trenching, general earthmoving, and working alongside ground crews to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role suited to an operator who takes pride in producing quality work and maintaining machinery to a high standard.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience operating diggers
- Full Class 1 driver’s licence (WTR endorsements preferred)
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
