In this pivotal role, you'll be part of the manufacturing process, operating and maintaining CNC machinery to deliver precision parts and components. Your responsibilities will include optimizing machine efficiency, monitoring production quality, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and lean principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating the CNC machinery in a production environment
- Conduct troubleshooting and ensure machine maintenance
- Assist in the assembly, erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance of mechanical and process plant and installs.
- Uphold a high standard of 5S and lean practices
- Prioritize workshop and site safety
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Operate bandsaws as needed
