Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Siteworks Foreman to lead and collaborate with their civil siteworks team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing various land development and civil siteworks projects throughout Mid Canterbury, including subdivisions, foundations, driveways, carparks, service connections, drainage, and much more. If you are passionate about civil construction and possess leadership skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of labourers and operators in completing civil siteworks tasks.
• Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of various civil siteworks projects, such as subdivisions, foundations, and drainage systems.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are adhered to throughout the projects.
• Complete final finish preparation for sealing.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
• Be proactive and self-motivated, working independently and unsupervised when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Class 2 Driver’s Licence.
• Experience in civil siteworks, including subdivisions, foundations, and drainage.
• Ability to complete high-quality final finish prep ready for sealing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing jobs to a high standard.
• Positive attitude toward Health and Safety regulations.
• Valid STMS (Site Traffic Management Supervisor) or TMO (Traffic Management Operative) qualifications are an advantage, but not essential.
