About the Role
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee a team of electrical staff, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. From supervising job sites to mentoring team members and managing schedules, you'll play a vital role in shaping the success of our projects and workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical services for industrial, commercial, and domestic projects.
- Lead project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and procurement of materials.
- Collaborate with Foremen, Project Managers, and site personnel to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure health & safety policies are implemented and followed across all sites.
- Oversee team training, development, and apprentice mentorship.
- Manage project documentation, including cost reports, invoices, and compliance paperwork.
About You:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years as an Electrician and 2 years as a Foreman.
- Qualifications: NZ Electrical Registration, Site Safe Passport, First Aid Certificate, and a valid driver's license.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical installation methods, personnel management, and the construction environment.
- Attributes: Proactive, flexible, and capable of managing strict deadlines with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
