Factory Process Assistant/Technician

Work on a food and beverage factory production line in Māngere where full training is provided.
About the Role
You’ll play an essential role as part of a fast-paced production team, performing a variety of tasks including sorting, blending, quality control, product packing, and general cleaning duties.
This is a ongoing casual position with the potential to transition into a fixed-term role for those who perform well.
The role operates on a rotating shift schedule, where you’ll work:

Morning shift one week,

Night shift the following week,

Afternoon shift the week after, and then cycle back to the morning shift.
You’ll be working Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

About You
You’re a trustworthy, dependable individual with a self-motivated attitude and work well in a team. You lead by example, are receptive to feedback, and adhere to high health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Having experience in either food or manufacturing work is required.

Being capable of repeatedly lifting up to 25 kg is an essential requirement

Able to pass a drug test
