Junior Site Engineer

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Site Engineer who has recently completed their engineering studies and is eager to build a long-term career in the civil construction industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on project experience, and develop your skills across a variety of infrastructure projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Recently completed a qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to doing quality work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work both on-site and in an office environment.
• Full NZ driver’s licence (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineers and Site Managers with daily project activities.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quality checks.
• Support health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
• Help collate site documentation, plans, and project records.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor progress and assist with reporting requirements.
• Learn project management fundamentals including planning, claims, and cost control.
