About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Troweller to join our team working across a range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
This is a skilled role focused on all aspects of Tiling, Concrete, Plastering, Brick/Block, Masionary, and surface finishing work, delivering high-quality finishes across multiple construction applications.
You’ll be part of a supportive team with consistent work, varied sites, and opportunities to develop your finishing skill set further.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carry out concrete finishing works including screeding, levelling, floating and trowelling to required standards
- Apply and finishing concrete slabs, blockwork, brickwork, plastered surfaces, paving and tiled areas
- Mix, pour, spread, vibrate and finish concrete using hand and power tools
- Operate hand trowels and power trowelling equipment (walk-behind and ride-on as required)
- Read and interpret basic plans and specifications to achieve correct levels and finishes
- Assist with formwork setup, reinforcing placement and concrete pours as part of finishing works
- Carry out repairs, patching and remedial finishing work
- Work safely and efficiently on active construction sites
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in trowelling or concrete finishing
- Experience across masonry, plastering, tiling or paving using finishing techniques
- Strong skills in concrete finishing, screeding and surface preparation
- Competent use of hand and power finishing tools
- Good understanding of levels, tolerances and quality finishes
- Reliable, physically fit and safety-focused
