Auckland Night Shift Team Lead – Cold Store | Temp to Perm
We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Team Lead to join a fast-paced cold storage facility in Auckland. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a confident leader who thrives in a chilled environment and knows how to keep operations running smoothly.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm – 2:00am
About the Role:
• Lead and support a night shift warehouse team
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch operations
• Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently
• Ensure productivity, accuracy, and health & safety standards are met
• Assist with inventory control and stock management
• Act as the key point of contact during the shift
What You’ll Bring:
• Proven cold store / temperature-controlled warehouse experience (essential)
• Valid reach forklift licence with solid operating experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
