Our Selwyn based client has a large portfolio of exciting local and international orders and is in need of experienced Final Finisher to assist in top quality locomotive production.
About the Role
Final Finish– As an assembly worker, you will be responsible for the final finishing details of the vehicles such as installing seats, handrails, decals, dash accessories and much more.
About You
You’re a hardworking, reliable and motivated team player who gets along easily with others. You can read and follow Technical Drawings, use a range of machinery and hand tools as relevant to your role, and use your knowledge and experience to solve problems and find solutions. You have a very good eye for detail and lean towards being a perfectionist in the final finish.
- Experience with basic hand tools
- Keen eye for detail are crucial in this role.
- Fabrication experience
- TIG Welding (perferred)
- Physically fit and strong
- Working rights in New Zealand
