Our Selwyn based client has a large international order to deliver by deadline and is in need of some experienced local TIG/MIG/Flux Core Welders to assist in the locomotive production of their large International orders.
About the Roles
Working as part of a dedicated skilled team for our client we need the following skilled tradespeople to weld and fabricate chassis.
Welders will assemble pieces of metal after reviewing blueprints, cutting the metal into the appropriate shape and smoothing molten metal to remove creases.
About You
You're a hardworking, reliable and motivated team player who gets along easily with others. You can read and follow Technical Drawings, use a range of machinery and hand tools as relevant to your role, and use your knowledge and experience to solve problems and find solutions.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in MIG/TIG/Flux Welding
- Physically fit and strong
- Working rights in New Zealand
