What do we need from you?

• Experience with chip-sealing and working around bitumen
• Physically fit to perform onsite labour duties
• Chip Running, broom, hand-spray bitumen, PTR roll
• Minimum Full Class 1 Licence For Spray Truck Minimum of Full Class 2 Licence with the ability to obtain a Class 4 Licence WTR Endorsement
• Strong focus on Safety and Quality Following health and safety standards and procedures
• The ability to work hands-on as a team player
• Good timekeeping skills – punctuality and reliability is key!
• Excellent problem-solving skills  with confidence communicating 
• You'll able to undertake a pre-employment drug test and medical check prior to starting employment.
• If you have previously worked with chip seal crew, had prior leadership roles or have chip running experience this will be advantageous.
