Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing and maintaining HVAC systems for domestic and small commercial clients. They must demonstrate a commitment to excellence, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain HVAC systems according to NZ standards and codes, including the NZ Building code.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Uphold Heath and Safety standards in all aspects of work.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and deliver high-quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of projects.
  • Complete necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with and adherence to NZ standards and codes, such as the NZ Building code.
  • Proven experience in installing and maintaining HVAC systems for domestic and small commercial clients.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Valid NZ work authorization and a clean, full driver's license.
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent organizational skills and communication abilities.
  • Dedication to upholding Health and Safety standards in the workplace.
