Work on residential builds, new projects, existing builds, and relocatables as a builder in Timaru. NZ-qualified builder with 3+ years experience in residential construction is preferred, but there is an opportunity for an apprenticeship for the right person.
We need a New Zealand-qualified Carpenter in Timaru.
About The Role
Our client does residential builds, new projects, existing builds, and relocatables. While most of their projects involve new home builds, your new role comes with some variety. You'll join a highly motivated team that takes pride in their work and is passionate about the building industry. You'll bring creativity and skill to the construction process. You'll perform minor touch-ups or major overhauls as needed on existing builds. No matter what project, you'll be committed to quality craftsmanship.

About You
Supportive and motivated, you're a team player who can follow instructions and think on your feet. You've got a can-do attitude and aren't afraid of hard work. With an eye for detail, you produce top-notch work you're proud of.

- A New Zealand Qualified Builder (NZQA) / Licensed Building Practioner
- 3+ years experience in residential construction preferred
- Strong work ethic
